  • You all really do seem to be stuck between the rock and the hard place, but there may be some recent legislation that can assist. Earlier in the year, Congress enacted the Homeless Prevention and Rapid Rehousing Program, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development has implemented it. For more information, and other possible avenues of assistance, contact the National Low Income Housing Assistance Coalition in Washington, DC. The number is 202 662 1530. Good Luck.
