There are usually places that will do this type of project for you , such as artstores and craftshops . I would try calling some of these and ask .

Top of the line quilting machines could cost you as much as $10,000 to $15,000. I would say going to a buisness that is selling a used one would be much cheaper though. I think you should have no trouble finding one for around $5,000 or so.

Good will takes them all the time. I get my supplies there.

You might find a model that has a release system, but most you just carefully pick the items off of the sweeper. If you have a hard time finding one, many hardware stores now carry them.

It depends on the instructor; in theory yes, but you would probably need their approval.
