used quilting machine to purchase Rate this question: Up Down asked by renochapel (Reno, NV) Reply to this Question
  • Top of the line quilting machines could cost you as much as $10,000 to $15,000. I would say going to a buisness that is selling a used one would be much cheaper though. I think you should have no trouble finding one for around $5,000 or so.

How well would a magnetic sweeper work in my quilting studio for picking up pins and needles out of carpet? Is there a release mechanism or do pick them off of the magnet? Rate this question: Up Down asked by pamjacobson4 (Anoka, MN) Reply to this Question
  • You might find a model that has a release system, but most you just carefully pick the items off of the sweeper. If you have a hard time finding one, many hardware stores now carry them.

If I was already in rolloed in a cna class already, could I keep up with the class if I missed a day in class, by doing some class work on line? Rate this question: Up Down asked by shooter229 (Elizabeth City, NC) Reply to this Question
  • It depends on the instructor; in theory yes, but you would probably need their approval.
