I was unable to find any grocery stores in your area that offers delivery services. However, there are some delivery services that are located in the Atlanta, GA area however I would call them and see if they deliver to your area.

A number of grocery stores offer grocery delivery. Near you, Safeway Grocery is probably your best option (the closest is at 13440 N 7th St, in Phoenix - you can search for other close stores at www.safeway.com). They offer free delivery for 60 days, and accept EBT. If you would like to personally hire someone, consider posting in the classifieds of your nearest newspaper, detailing the service you need and how much you are willing to offer. Odds are a number of nearby high school students will be happy to help.

There is an awesome company called Groceries To Go. I e-mailed them my grocery list and they delivered them to the all star sports in Disney. They brought in the groceries, and I was staying on the 2nd floor, and gave me the receipt and everything. They charged 20% of my order, so it was like 40 bucks maybe? it was cheaper then renting a car or a taxi, and i just stayed by the pool. they called my cell when they were here. it was awesome. the web site was www.foodshopforme.com. I'm definatly going to use them next year again.

You can go to http://www.safeway.com/IFL/Grocery/Home and they have grocery delivery. You can buy your groceries online and they will deliver it to you. They operate in San Francisco, California.
