I invested in a mortage through a mortgage broker who filed bankrupsy and is in jail. the ,money was lent to a builder to build a spec house. The builder used some of the construction funds to pay the interest on the loan. Can I sue the builder for this

Could my wife walk away from commercial property with out reliability? No contract signed ever. ONLY "The seller will add the buyer name to the original lease." in Bill Of Sale with original Leaser.

If the seller changed the lease to your wife's name then she's liable for the terms of the lease.You'd need someone with better qualifications to read it and tell you exactly.Get a copy of the lease and go over it.Her name has to appear on it and if she signed it then she has to abide by it unless the landlord doesn't hold up his end.
