Separated 6+ yrs. 3 yrs ago we did settled our finances (no sep agrmnt) and she refinanced the home under her name alone-I signed a release of interest. We are applying for uncontested divorce.   • There is a fee required for filing divorce in Ohio. This varies by county. The best way to find out what the fees are is to call the county courthouse and ask. In Franklin County, the filing fee is $175.00 plus a $14.00 Service fee.
